## About the Role

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a four-year College or university and minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Must be capable of accomplishing basic software development tasks.

## Description

At Advancial as our Systems Programmer, you will be responsible for analysis of stakeholder requirements, coding, delivering and maintaining new and existing software programs in a team environment. You will ensure positive relationships with the branches, internal departments, and external partners.

What You'll Do:

 * Supports system design, analysis, and coding while following UI/UX standards.
 * Assists with updates and maintenance of new and existing programs.
 * Performs QA by troubleshooting issues, identifying causes, recommending fixes, and validating results.
 * Works with web services and API integrations, including communication with the banking core.
 * Communicates clearly, captures requirements accurately, and collaborates with stakeholders to refine user stories.
 * Exercises sound judgment, works independently, and manages multiple tasks effectively.
 * Understands business workflows, compliance needs, and how coding decisions impact quality, security, and member protection.
 * Contributes to a positive culture and strong cross-department relationships.
 * Maintains productive relationships with branches, internal teams, and external partners.
 * Keeps current with relevant hardware and software tools.
