## About the Role

* VS Code is the IDE but others like Eclipse, Intellij are also OK
 * Cloud migration like OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) or Azure Redhat OpenShift (ARO) .
 * ARO is the preference.
 * Github repo
 * Github Copilot ( we use a lot of the AI features for - troubleshooting , coding, building , deployment )
 * Podman or Docker ( for local build/ deployment) and Azure DevOps (ADO) is preferable/optional
 * CI/CD limited exposure will be OK

They should have individual contributor skills and very limited handholding after a few days of app/ecosystem setup. Should be able to troubleshoot on their own.
