## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, * This position is hybrid and requires being in-office at the San Antonio headquarters multiple times a month (candidates should reside not more than a 2 hours' drive away from San Antonio; there is a driving reimbursement for mileage over 20 miles from residence, but no relocation allotment or flying reimbursement)

 * 4+ years of experience developing software applications
 * Expertise in C#
 * Experience with .NET development frameworks
 * Experience working with databases
 * Experience with multiple design methodologies
 * Strong problem-resolution and troubleshooting skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask
 * Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred/Plus:

 * Experience with cloud service providers
 * Experience and knowledge using the Azure platform
 * Experience using GraphQL

## Description

* Develop, test, and maintain applications
 * Collaborate with internal teams
 * Participate in requirements analysis
 * Participate in Daily Standups and other meetings
 * Work in a fast-paced Engineering team helping drive the delivery and technical competency of your team forward
 * Document development phases and monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
 * Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
 * Effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of internal and external customers
 * Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable/scalable, and reliable code
