Do you have experience in VoIP?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure., * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees and clients

 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
 * Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure
 * Provide technical support for telecommunication systems, including VoIP phones and video conferencing
 * Develop and maintain IT documentation and procedures
 * Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
 * Assist with onboarding and training of new employees on IT systems and processes
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
 * Adhere to company security policies and procedures to ensure data protection and system integrity
 * Provide exceptional customer service and support to all employees and clients
