Desired Qualications: * Active TS/SCI with Poly clearances. * Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management * Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or Mathematics. * Strong experience in network administration to include the design, engineering, technical documentation, implementation, troubleshooting, and repair of network systems (routing, switching, firewall and voice instruments). ## Description Provide technical expertise in the design and development of IT operation environments. * Develop strategy of the client/server system and the design architecture to support strategy. * Research new technology and advise on purchases for the client regarding processing, data storage, data access, and applications development. * Develop strategies for conducting studies to estimate the space, computer hardware, software and connection infrastructure resources required on a short and long-term basis. * Develop models of the computer and computer application environment, identifies, and resolves computer operation systems performance issues.
