## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AJO Coder to design, develop, and optimize customer journey workflows using Adobe Journey Optimizer. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in journey building, HTML content development, and end-to-end testing/QA of marketing automation campaigns., * 8-12 years of overall experience in digital marketing / customer journey implementation

 * Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
 * Experience as a Journey Developer / Journey Architect / AJO Coder
 * Solid understanding of Journey Maps and workflow orchestration
 * Proficiency in HTML for AJO email/content development
 * Strong experience in QA, testing, and validation of campaigns/journeys
 * Knowledge of personalization, segmentation, and customer data flows
 * Good analytical and problem-solving skills

## Description

* Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
 * Develop and configure Journey Maps for personalized customer engagement
 * Build and customize email/content using AJO HTML templates
 * Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into journey workflows
 * Perform QA and testing of journeys, campaigns, and personalization logic
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in journey execution and delivery
 * Optimize journeys for performance, conversion, and customer experience
 * Ensure data accuracy and seamless integration across Adobe Experience Platform components
