Scalability, resiliency, robustness, maintainability, automation, and observability must be considered. * Demonstrable ability to dive into an existing complex set of applications and systems, understand them, and subsequently make vital changes to them. * Demonstrable ability to read high-level business requirements and translate them into technical tasks. * Strong skills with the full lifecycle of development, from analysis to installed into production. * Strong skills with coordinating testing efforts across multiple teams.
