Desired Qualifications * Experience supporting Department of Defense IT programs. * Experience providing operational support to mission-critical systems. * Experience developing and delivering classroom or online training. * Current or recent experience supporting the Single Mobility System (SMS). * Experience working within Agile development environments. * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management processes. * Experience supporting transportation, logistics, or command and control systems. ## Description C5T is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the Single Mobility System (SMS) program, USTRANSCOM's primary Command and Control (C2) system for planning, monitoring, and executing global mobility operations. This position serves as a key interface between operational users and technical teams, ensuring user requirements, system enhancements, and operational issues are effectively translated into actionable solutions. The Systems Analyst provides operational support, requirements analysis, testing, training, and mission support to SMS users across the Department of Defense transportation enterprise.
