Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Driving?, * Strong Excel skills, including comfort working with spreadsheets and reviewing data

 * Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
 * Comfort working with numbers, records, and deadlines
 * Experience with reconciliations, billing, dues, financial records, or similar detail-oriented data work
 * Ability to learn new systems quickly
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal staff and employers
 * Database or CRM experience is a plus
 * Exposure to accounting or financial recordkeeping is a plus
 * Valid driver's license required, as occasional local driving may be needed

## Description

We're recruiting for a detail-oriented Membership Data Coordinator to join a stable organization in Harrisburg. This role will train onsite for the first few months and then transition to a hybrid schedule. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, using Excel, and solving data discrepancies.

The Membership Data Coordinator will be responsible for keeping membership dues records accurate across multiple employer accounts. This is a deadline-driven role that requires strong attention to detail, comfort with spreadsheets, and the ability to work independently once trained.

What You'll Do

 * Maintain accurate membership dues records at the individual member level
 * Work heavily in Excel and internal databases to enter, update, review, and verify membership data
 * Run reports, compare data, and reconcile records to ensure accounts are accurate and balanced
 * Track member information and follow up with employers regarding dues payments
 * Identify discrepancies, research errors, and make corrections in a timely manner
 * Process credits or refunds through the organization's system when needed
 * Respond to internal inquiries with timely, accurate updates
 * Support ongoing data accuracy, spreadsheet maintenance, and membership record cleanup
