The successful individual needs to have demonstrated experience in project management, system design, development, and implementation/improvement of system solutions in the human resources field. The work requires advanced knowledge of human resource management practices, theories, and techniques and of organizational structure, functions and procedures. This position will report to the People and Culture Systems and Analytics Manager., * Project lead over HR systems, development and implementation projects involving considerable scope, complexity and long term commitments; * Lead system user groups in the design, development, implementation, and modification of systems. * Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of management controls, channels of communication, operating procedures, organization and flow of work; * Devise efficient methods of accomplishing work and recommend solutions to resolve problems. * Collaborate with utility team members to ensure data and functional integrity across projects.
