## About the Role

Do you have experience in System deployment?, * 3 or more years of desktop or service desk support experience preferred

 * Enterprise level experience strongly preferred
 * Strong Microsoft 365 and Active Directory knowledge
 * Experience with endpoint imaging and deployment
 * Hands on experience valued over certifications or degrees
 * Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
 * Must be able to work fully onsite in Oklahoma City with some local travel

## Description

* Own and manage the day to day ticket queue for end user support
 * Provide desktop, hardware, and software troubleshooting across the organization
 * Administer Microsoft 365 including account management, onboarding and offboarding
 * Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
 * Image and deploy endpoints across the organization
 * Support server upgrades and maintenance at multiple locations
 * Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software issues
 * Some local travel required
