Nice to Have * Experience with AI code generation tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0). * Familiarity with CRO methodologies and A/B testing platforms, preferably ABTasty. * Experience working in retail or e-commerce. * Understanding of design systems and component-based design. * Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, or similar) to inform design decisions. ## Description * Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to rapidly build and iterate on front-end implementations, turning designs into working code faster than traditional workflows allow. * Generate wireframes, prototypes, and UI concepts at speed using AI-powered tools (v0, Figma AI, Galileo, or equivalent), then refine them with your design judgement and user understanding. * Synthesise user research, usability test results, and analytics data using LLMs to extract insights quickly - then act on them. * Draft and iterate on microcopy, documentation, and design system guidelines with AI assistance, freeing up your time for higher-value design thinking. * Stay current with the rapidly evolving landscape of AI design tools, evaluating and adopting new tools as they emerge, and sharing what you learn with the wider team.
