## Description

Cummings Electrical is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Creative Specialist to bring our brand to life through compelling content and visual storytelling. Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role blends social media strategy, content creation, graphic design, and storytelling to engage audiences, showcase our people and projects, and support company growth and brand visibility., What You'll Do

 * Manage social media content across external and internal channels
 * Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content that supports business objectives and brand awareness
 * Write compelling copy and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
 * Support paid social campaigns, monitor analytics, and optimize content performance
 * Partner with teams across the company to develop content that supports recruiting, employee engagement, employer branding, and business initiatives
 * Capture content at jobsites and events while supporting creative projects including presentations, website content, video, social media assets, and print materials
