## About the Role

* Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or Software.
 * 5+ years experience with automotive electronics software and systems requirements
 * 3+ years of experience in embedded C software development
 * 3+ years in leading interdisciplinary engineering teams in terms of electronics and / or systems engineering.
 * Excellent technical project management skills, including planning and organization, decision-making, problem-solving, and project management.
 * Deep understanding of future trends in connected vehicle architecture
 * High level of English language skills

## Description

* Leading a team of software engineers to ensure the successful execution of embedded software projects for our systems in order to meet milestones, quality expectations and budget objectives.
 * Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to plan and execute software projects according to the given standards (ASPICE, ISO-standards, etc)
 * Support to develop, maintain and adjust global Software architecture, standards & standard requirements library.
 * Execute software part of application projects and deliver validated software on specific hardware in architecture and design.
