Specific Technical Skills Needed: * Must have experience in ITOM or ITAM (HAM and SAM) implementation. * Extensive experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations. * ServiceNow Administration and New Application Implementation. * Proficiency in ServiceNow Security and Access Control (ACLs / Roles). The Senior Developer will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide technical leadership to junior developers., * Design, develop, and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automations. * Perform advanced customization of the ServiceNow platform, including UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and script includes. * Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods. * Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards. * Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications and integrations. Technical Leadership: * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ServiceNow developers. * Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and consistency. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of ServiceNow development standards and best practices. * Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and technologies. Collaboration and Communication: * Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, weekly stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
