Exposure to oil and gas, reserves analysis, ARIES, Power BI, or SQL is a plus but not required., * Bachelor's degree required in a STEM-related field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, or a similar technical discipline. * Minimum GPA of 3.0 required. * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel. * Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications * Internship, coursework, or exposure to the upstream oil & gas industry. * Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data analytics tools. * Exposure to ARIES or other reserves/economic evaluation software. * Experience building reports, dashboards, or database queries. * Interest in pursuing a career in engineering, asset management, reserves, or energy analytics., This position is ideal for a recent graduate who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career in the energy industry.
