## Description

* The Information Support Assistant is responsible for providing software and hardware support, training, and troubleshooting in a networked environment. Provides support on a wide range of systems including PC workstations, smartphones, tablets, cable TV/Internet systems, and telephone systems., * Provide hardware and software support and technical assistance to residents.
 * Respond to first-level user requests.
 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software.
 * Provide support for cable systems.
 * Perform purchasing-related tasks and other tasks as assigned.
