* You have proven leadership experience, typically managing teams of 5-10 people, with a strong focus on developing and supporting others.
 * You're highly comfortable in client facing roles, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivering against clear expectations.
 * You bring solid full stack engineering experience (not purely front end or back end), working across the full development lifecycle.
 * Your core technology experience includes React,, Node.js, Python, and Java.
 * You have hands on cloud experience, designing and delivering solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
 * AI experience is essential: you have a proven AI skillset demonstrated through certification and/or real delivery experience.
 * You have contributed to architectural and technical design decisions, helping shape scalable and robust solutions.
 * You enjoy collaborating in an open, egoless way and are adaptable, comfortable with change, and motivated to keep learning to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Locations: London (must be willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis)
