## Description

This is a commercially focused analytics role centred around the end-to-end customer journey: from initial lead through to conversion. You'll analyse how customers interact across channels, identify drop-off points, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence marketing spend, contact strategy, and sales performance; this role blends deep-dive analysis, stakeholder engagement, and real-time performance reporting., * Analyse the customer journey from enquiry/ad response through to conversion

 * Deliver sales funnel reporting (conversion rates, drop-offs, engagement trends)
 * Evaluate marketing performance & ROI across channels
 * Monitor and optimise contact centre performance (sales-focused metrics)
 * Identify customer pain points and opportunities to improve CX and conversion
 * Translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical outputs and recommendations
 * Support real-time decision-making with data-driven insights
