* Capacity modeling (OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis)
 * Labor & cost modeling (COGS, LOH, ROI, NPV, IRR)
 * Manufacturing analytics & process optimization
 * Simulation tools: FlexSim, AnyLogic, or Simio
 * Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau
 * PFEP, material flow modeling, forecasting & scenario analysis
 * AI/ML-based analytics (preferred)

Experience:

 * 7+ years in industrial engineering analytics/manufacturing modeling
 * Expertise in capacity, labor, and cost modeling
 * Strong factory operations, throughput optimization, and cost analysis experience
 * Experience with MES, shop-floor data integration, and business case development
