This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate program records while providing cross-training and backup support for multiple departments, including outreach, front-desk reception, client intake, volunteer services, and program administration., Data Entry & Record Management Enter client, program, volunteer, and agency data into designated databases and software systems. Verify information for accuracy and completeness. Scan, file, and maintain electronic and paper records. Generate reports and assist with data audits as needed. Maintain confidential client and organizational information. Administrative Support Answer phones and direct calls appropriately. Greet visitors, clients, volunteers, and community partners. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Prepare correspondence, forms, reports, and other documents. Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Cross-Trained Department Support Serve as backup for front desk reception and client intake functions. Provide support to programs, development, and operations staff during absences or high-volume periods. Assist with special projects, mailings, events, and community outreach activities.
