Do you have experience in Technology management?, We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, software, automations, CRM systems, and office technology. ## Description

Simple Tax Solutions is looking for an IT & Systems Specialist to help manage and maintain the technology that supports our day-to-day operations., * Manage and optimize CRM systems, including IRS Logics

 * Build and maintain automations using Zapier and similar platforms
 * Set up and troubleshoot computers, monitors, printers, and office equipment
 * Manage dialer systems, VOIP platforms, and user accounts
 * Assist with Meta lead integrations and lead routing
 * Troubleshoot technical issues for employees
 * Improve workflows through automation and system improvements
 * Manage software access, permissions, and technology vendors
 * Assist with implementing and maintaining internal systems
