## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in iOS support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

 * Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Windows 10, Office 365, Apple iOS, Networking.
 * Active Directory account management.

Credentials and Experience:

 * Associate degree or equivalent experience.
 * Certifications desired.
 * Two to three years' experience in a support capacity in a user-oriented environment., Physical Demands: Employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry necessary IT equipment up to 50 pounds.

Travel Required: Travel may be required to remote offices and jobsites. Valid US driver's license required.

## Description

* Assist office staff and field users with software and hardware problem resolution.
 * Monitor helpdesk and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response within specified time frames.
 * Document time spent and resolution details in ticketing system.
 * Machine imaging using MDT/WDS/Intune.
 * Windows Active Directory user account creation and management.
 * Issue/replace hardware and software as needed.
 * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.
 * Stay up to date with current trends and be prepared to make recommendations.
