## About the Role

* Experience as an IT Developer, Systems Integrator, or Automation Specialist
 * Strong understanding of APIs and workflow automation
 * Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActionStep, and Microsoft platforms
 * Experience with Zapier or related software's to foster effective software connections and automations
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Clear communication and documentation abilities
 * Self-directed and reliable in a remote environment
 * East Coast residency required

## Description

This role begins on a project-based or part-time basis, with opportunity to grow into a full-time position. The Systems Administrator will act as a technical architect, translating operational goals into scalable, efficient systems using modern platforms and automation tools. The Million Dollar Solution is a coaching group designed to help privately owned Elder Law Firms build, grow and manage their practices, people and profits., * Design and maintain software integrations and workflows

 * Build and optimize CRM, marketing, and operations automations
 * Lead integrations across platforms such as GoHighLevel, ActionStep, Microsoft Power Automate, and other Microsoft platforms
 * Collaborate with leadership and operations teams
 * Troubleshoot and improve existing systems
 * Document workflows and technical processes
 * Support client-facing implementations as needed
