Experience: * Construction experience preferred. * Advanced knowledge of equipment maintenance. * Previous experience as a maintenance manager for 3-5 years. * Proficient with Microsoft office including excel. ## Description Truesdell Corporation is currently seeking a Field Service Mechanic Supervisor to join our Western Region team based out of Colton, CA to manage and coordinate mechanics. This candidate will be able to travel nationwide. The objective of the Equipment Superintendent is to ensure that all equipment, fleet and facilities are performing effectively and efficiently at maximum benefit to the company. Our ideal candidate will enjoy travel, working on bridges, learning new skills, and working with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within our company., * Ensure that all equipment and fleet assets located in the Region are fully operational, safe, and delivering maximum benefit to the company through firsthand observation and verification. * Maintain and repair all equipment and fleet vehicles in the Region to support the primary objective of operational readiness.
