You will join a small engineering team at an early-stage healthcare AI startup where engineers ship product, own large areas of the system, and make meaningful technical decisions. This is not a role where you are handed tickets or pixel-perfect specs. You will work directly with the founding engineer to design, build, and ship features that power software used inside real medical practices. The team relies heavily on modern AI tools to move faster and expects engineers to use AI in their development workflow to eliminate repetitive work and focus on higher-level problem solving. The right person is independent, product-minded, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited to build systems that solve real operational problems in healthcare., We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale our platform. This is an early engineering hire who will take ownership of major product initiatives and help shape how the system evolves. You will collaborate closely with the founding engineer and leadership team while working independently on meaningful parts of the product. This role requires someone who can move quickly, understand the product deeply, and build production-ready systems without heavy oversight.
