## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
 * Extensive experience with Progress 4GL and OpenEdge application development
 * Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, SQL, and Linux/Unix environments
 * Hands-on experience with Progress databases, and OpenEdge Studio, PASOE, WebSpeed
 * Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and API testing tools
 * Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tooling, including GitHub, Azure DevOps and Jenkins
 * Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
 * Experience with Kendo UI, .NET, or MS SQL Server is a plus

## Description

* Design, develop, test, and maintain custom ERP applications and system integrations.
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across multiple teams.
 * Build and support REST APIs and application services using modern backend frameworks.
 * Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and support deployment pipelines.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, conduct code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
 * Produce technical documentation and provide mentorship to junior developers.
