## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical writing within manufacturing?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate or bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Technical Administrative position or equivalent.

 * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and MS PowerPoint
 * Administrative tasks such as filing, organization, maintaining databases and filing system, Data Entry
 * Thorough and attention to detail
 * Ability to work well with others
 * Ability to work independently
 * Flexible and open to change
 * Excellent verbal communication skills
 * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
 * Technical administrative experience
 * Experience in an engineering office
 * Experience with Desktop Publishing
 * Writing and creating technical manuals
 * Basic Photoshop experience
 * Basic In-Design experience

## Description

This position has the responsibility to provide administrative support for the Engineering Department, including creating and modifying spreadsheets in Excel, preparing PowerPoint presentations, database administration in ERP, and technical writing and illustration.
Essential Functions

 * Inputting Data into ERP system
 * Creation and updating of ISO Process, Procedure, and Work Instruction documents
 * Create Training Materials
 * Maintain Engineering Filing structure
 * Maintain Product Owner's Manuals
 * Maintain Product Test Instructions
 * Assist with new hire onboarding
 * General office duties and coordination of team events, The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to:
 * Routinely sit, sometimes for extended periods, and work on a computer;
 * Occasionally spend time in the manufacturing environment to complete assigned projects (assist with inventory, verification of cycle counts, etc.)
 * At such times, a greater amount of physical exertion, standing and walking would be required.
