This role ensures employees have reliable access to the tools and technology required to perform their jobs efficiently and securely. The IT Support Specialist focuses exclusively on internal IT support and does not provide customer-facing system support. This role works closely with the IT & Systems Lead and other IT team members to maintain internal technology standards and operational stability.
