Do you have experience in Windows support?, We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join a growing team in Goshen, IN. We are looking for a hands-on professional who can step in quickly and support infrastructure continuity while contributing to ongoing modernization initiatives., * 5+ years of experience in a systems administration or related IT role

 * Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
 * Solid networking expertise (Cisco, Aruba, firewalls, wireless)
 * Virtualization experience (VMware or Hyper-V)
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills

## Description

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will:

 * Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory
 * Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint systems
 * Support and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba, firewalls, wireless, switching)
 * Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
 * Lead and support a company-wide computer refresh project through year-end
 * Collaborate with U.S. and global IT teams
