## Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for IT Helpdesk Support in the Alabaster, Alabama area. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is about $55,000-65,000 per year, depending on experience., * ISupport the technology infrastructure

 * Perform day to day general IT operations, network administration, system maintenance, and desktop support
 * Build workflows within Appian platform
 * Manage and maintain company servers, directory accounts, network configurations, and cloud infrastructure
 * Implement cybersecurity training programs for employees, including phishing simulations
 * Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
 * Monitor system logs, run routine backups, apply security patches, and ensure compliance with IT policies
 * Maintain documentation for network configurations, IT policies, SOP's, and user support guides
