## About the Role

Do you have experience in Electrical engineering?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field), Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred

 * Minimum 3 years of experience in a product application role
 * Subject matter experience in memory, storage and AI technologies
 * In-depth knowledge of AI, enterprise, and data center end markets
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion in a cross-functional setting.
 * Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-starter mindset

## Description

1. Provide technical customer support
 * Assist customers in successfully integrating Unigen's solutions into their specific technical designs and infrastructures
 * Provide first-line customer support for design integration issues as well as any technical issues in production
 * Assist the sales team by providing technical demonstrations, answering client questions, and drafting customized technical proposals
 * Interface as necessary with all internal departments to resolve customer issues
 * Update and maintain a weekly tracker summarizing all active customer technical support issues

 2. Manage customer-facing communication for Failure Analysis cases
 * Coordinate with customers and internal teams on FA requests and customer-facing communication on FA cases

 3. Create and maintain customer-facing technical documentation
 * Datasheets, Release Notes, Application Notes, Technical White Papers, User Guides, etc.

 4. Product definition
 * Acting as the "voice of the customer," gathering feedback, and advising the R&D teams on market demands and necessary design improvements
