Provide technical customer support * Assist customers in successfully integrating Unigen's solutions into their specific technical designs and infrastructures * Provide first-line customer support for design integration issues as well as any technical issues in production * Assist the sales team by providing technical demonstrations, answering client questions, and drafting customized technical proposals * Interface as necessary with all internal departments to resolve customer issues * Update and maintain a weekly tracker summarizing all active customer technical support issues 2. Manage customer-facing communication for Failure Analysis cases * Coordinate with customers and internal teams on FA requests and customer-facing communication on FA cases 3. Create and maintain customer-facing technical documentation * Datasheets, Release Notes, Application Notes, Technical White Papers, User Guides, etc. 4.
