## About the Role

Do you have experience in Computer operation?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Food manufacturing, restaurant, or quality assurance experience preferred

 * Associate degree in a science-related field accepted in lieu of experience
 * Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
 * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
 * Basic computer skills required
 * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements:

 * Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts
 * Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
 * Comfortable working in hot, cold, and manufacturing environments
 * Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed

Experience with HACCP, SQF, food safety programs, or quality systems is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support food safety and quality programs in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for conducting inspections, audits, testing, and documentation to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards., * Perform pre-operational and food safety inspections

 * Conduct environmental and allergen swabbing
 * Verify lot numbers, labels, date codes, weights, and production records
 * Monitor critical control points including metal detection, temperatures, and pH levels
 * Perform in-process and finished product quality checks
 * Document findings and maintain accurate quality records
 * Conduct GMP and food safety audits throughout the facility
 * Communicate quality concerns to production and management teams
 * Enter data into quality systems and databases
