Education + Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field. ## Description The Senior Manager, Informatics (Individual Contributor) serves as a senior analytic and informatics specialist focused on transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that inform strategic, operational, and quality decisions. This role operates as a high-autonomy, hands-on analyst and internal consultant, responsible for designing analytic solutions, developing executive-ready dashboards and reports, and translating data into compelling data stories for senior leadership. The position partners closely with clinical, quality, medical economics, and business leaders to improve healthcare outcomes, performance transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
