## About the Role

Do you have experience in Database systems?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of 24 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 * Knowledge of company standard internet, database software, Corel Draw 10, Adobe Photoshop, Gravostyle and Photograv.
 * Work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a team setting.

Nice to Haves:

 * Able to show attention to detail, make quality judgments and solve customer issues.
 * Should also have strong verbal (both in person and on the phone) and written communication skills.

## Description

* Receive orders via JD Edwards (JDE) computer system.
 * Verify orders for correct spellings and proper fit through direct customer contact.
 * Efficiently be able to create/modify/correct personalization design using various software applications, such as Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Gravostyle and PhotoGrav.
 * Obtain design approval through customer verification process.
 * Release orders to CSC Urn Warehouse locations for production using JDE software.
 * Interact and communicate with Batesville-based Options associates and Options customers.
 * Maintain all daily reports and reporting.
 * Other duties may be assigned., We Give Back: We support our communities by assisting in fundraising events and volunteer programs to help those in need. *These services are not available at all Batesville locations.
