## About the Role

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a comparable technical/engineering field, or equivalent work experience required

 * Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) preferred
 * Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including SharePoint Online, Teams and Outlook preferred
 * Experience with relational data sources such as SQL Server preferred
 * Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing user-friendly, business-focused applications preferred
 * Experience working on Scrum/Agile projects, Azure DevOps (or similar tools), and Git code version control preferred
 * Experience with backlog management, gathering requirements and testing preferred

## Description

· Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform to meet evolving business needs with appropriate guidance

· Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points and opportunities for workflow automation

· Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions, ensuring performance, usability, and alignment with governance standards

· Develop using an Agile approach by quickly delivering proof-of-concept apps and workflows while using feedback loops to refine usability and functionality

· Optimize applications and system resources to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability

· Adhere to established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, including coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and incident management

· Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business requirements and ensure successful adoption

· Stay current with emerging technologies and Power Platform capabilities, recommending improvements and innovation opportunities

This position offers a hybrid schedule (in-office/remote) and is located in Federated Hermes' Warrendale, Pennsylvania office (15086).
