 * Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows environments, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, networking, and infrastructure systems.
 * Experience with identity and access management, ticketing systems, and IT operational reporting.
 * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
 * Experience with hardware procurement, vendor management, and asset lifecycle management.
 * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL.

## Description

The Infrastructure Team is seeking a Systems Administrator to serve as a senior technical resource and key operational partner within IT. This hands-on role is responsible for escalated technical support, access administration, hardware procurement, asset management, and operational reporting. The Systems Administrator also serves as the primary Level 2/3 escalation point and supports the day-to-day operations of the IT environment., * Provide Level 2/3 support for systems, networks, Microsoft 365/Entra ID, servers, endpoints, and business applications.

 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
 * Review and validate user access requests, maintain access records, and support periodic access reviews.
 * Manage hardware procurement, asset tracking, deployments, refreshes, and equipment retirement.
 * Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and operational reports.
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with day-to-day IT operations.
