What you will do - Essential Responsibilities * Take a lead role in support and enhancing our new Cloud based ERP solution and specifically the integration / enhancement layer of Financials, Order and Inventory Management. Including partnering with other technology teams, internal SMEs, and business stakeholders * Good understanding of Cloud architecture, integrations and legacy third party systems and will be the go-to person for all new integrations, current integrations issues/changes. * Work with fellow CarMax associates to understand the real-life process and data challenges and discover what they need to create a seamless customer experience and an efficient associate experience. * Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management, systems architecture, and various operational and technical teams to develop solutions and bring great ideas to life. * Market your innovative ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment. * Stay on top of industry trends and best practice to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer and associate experience is the best it can be. * Oracle Development - this can be in the form of OIC integrations, DB Stored procedures, BIP reports, API's, Kafka integrations, etc to help build new and support existing processes.
