Familiarity with data integrations, workflows, and middleware architectures. Requirements-to-system translation * System configuration and workflow design * Data integration and middleware fundamentals * Analytical problem solving and root-cause analysis * QA/UAT coordination and validation * Clear technical and non-technical communication * Strong documentation and process mapping * Attention to detail and system accuracy ownership Preferred Skills * Experience leading or coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methodologies. * Experience documenting workflows and system logic using Lucidchart or similar tools. Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, or integration frameworks. * Experience supporting production systems for external clients or regulated programs. Familiarity with Power Automate (Flow) and SharePoint Online. * Experience writing SQL queries and/or Javascript ## Description The Associate Business Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining business systems that support Frontier's energy efficiency programs.
