## Description

* Be a key contributor to the design and development of platform components and the applications that run on them
 * Work closely with product managers, executives and customers to define business and technical requirements
 * Contribute to architecture, tools, standards and best practices for the engineering organization
 * Leverage new technologies to refactor or rebuild existing systems
 * Work with operations to design & deliver scalable, reliable, SaaS applications & services
 * Drive high quality via test driven development and test automation in an Agile environment
 * Support and develop other software engineers through design & code reviews, and coaching
 * Assist in hiring and on-boarding great talent
