 * Ability to coach and develop team skills
 * Expertise in mapping as-is and future state technology
 * Experience in the entire SDLC lifecycle
 * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Microsoft Dynamics AX
 * Experience in developing and maintaining work instructions and end-user manuals
 * Experience in creating functional and technical design documents
 * Strong analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to team with others to develop and implement complex projects

## Description

* Collaborate with other departments to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide technical solutions
 * Develop integrations using SSIS between Dynamics 365 F&O and Azure SQL using SSIS
 * Develop integrations using SSIS between Azure SQL and Microsoft SQL server
 * Develop custom reports using SSRS and Power BI Pro
 * Analyze current and future technology to determine if they align with the company goals and objectives
 * Understand development methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
 * Ensure change management controls are followed throughout the development process
 * Ability to work independently and achieve goals and objectives
