Do you have experience in Windows?, * 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)

 * Ability to build relationships
 * Excellent time management skill
 * Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
 * Fluency in English

## Description

 * Internal career development program, As part of our Onsite Support Team in Stoneleigh, you'll be responsible for exactly the areas that really inspire you:
 * Provide day to day desktop support
 * Handle inbound calls and answer questions
 * Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
 * Installation, configuration and set-up of complex IT systems
 * Commissioning and maintenance of IT systems (MS Windows 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
 * Hardware repairs and second-level support tasks using a ticketing system
 * Creation of system documentation
