This role is primarily responsible for inspecting incoming computer equipment to determine whether units should be recycled or refurbished for resale. The technician will also assist customers with technical issues related to refurbished systems. Other Work/Responsibilities: Other duties as needed, + Receive and inspect incoming computer hardware. + Evaluate condition and functionality to determine recycling or refurbishment. + Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on refurbishable units. + Document inspection results and maintain inventory records. + Provide technical support to customers regarding refurbished computers. + Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations Some duties involve retrieving equipment from a heated work shed.
