Tell us about a time you helped someone work through a frustrating tech problem - we want to see how you approach situations under pressure. ## Description We're looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our IT team as the front line of technical support for our employees. You'll be the person people count on when technology gets in the way of their work - solving problems quickly, keeping things running, and making the IT experience as smooth as possible for our staff across multiple business units. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy variety, like working with people, and want to build your IT career in a stable, established company with real room to grow. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Be the first point of contact for IT support - tickets, walk-ins, calls, and emails * Diagnose and fix hardware issues: desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals * Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues for end users * Set up new workstations and onboard new employees from an IT perspective * Manage password resets, account access, and MFA enrollment * Keep accurate records of assets, tickets, and resolutions * Escalate complex issues to the Systems Administrator with clear documentation, This is a fully on-site position based in Naples, FL.
