## About the Role

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of application analysis experience OR Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 years of application analysis experience OR Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 1 year of application analysis experience.

Experience:

 * Required: Must have experience in application troubleshooting, configurations, and support
 * Preferred: Ideal candidate will have experience in application support or IT analysis

Skills & Abilities:

 * Ability to manage technical tasks independently.
 * Strong collaboration skills with end-users and IT teams

## Description

 * Configure and maintain application systems to ensure efficient functionality.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, supporting end-users in a clinical or operational environment.
 * Evolve skills in vendor relationship and management.
 * Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and document workflow improvements.
 * Collaborate with operations to leverage application functionality and optimize workflows.
 * Collaborate with and manage vendor issues as needed.
