Experience in Cycles 3 and 4, pedagogical coordination, digital transformation, educational innovation, or the management of examinations, certifications or external assessments would be an advantage. ## Description Reporting to the Head of School, the Head of Teaching and Learning acts as the key link between the Primary and Secondary Deputy Heads and the teaching teams in relation to pedagogical strategy, with the aim of strengthening the quality of teaching and learning, mainly in Cycles 3 and 4. They will support educational teams in developing innovative, effective and inclusive practices, particularly in relation to digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence and the responsible use of educational digital tools, mainly across Cycles 3 and 4. Main responsibilities The postholder will be responsible for: * Acting as a key link in ensuring consistency of pedagogical practices across the school., * Translating the pedagogical decisions made by the Primary and Secondary Deputy Heads into concrete actions on the ground. * Ensuring the consistent implementation of the curriculum policy and other related policies, including the marking policy. * Leading tools to measure pupil progress, analysing results and proposing action and improvement plans, particularly based on baseline assessments. * Encouraging pedagogical innovation and the use of new learning methods. * Supporting teachers in this approach and organising professional development sessions. * Working with the Cycle 3 coordinators in Primary and subject coordinators in Secondary on at least one annual priority, under the pedagogical leadership of the Primary and Secondary Deputy Heads. * Monitoring the progress of these priorities. * Implementing tools to evaluate pedagogical quality by defining expected standards consistently across the school. * Identifying and monitoring performance indicators, particularly in relation to pupil progress. * Keeping abreast of educational research, innovation and best practice. * Developing and implementing a school-wide strategy for the integration of Artificial Intelligence into teaching and learning, including in the development and implementation of policies. * Identifying, testing and deploying digital and AI tools, and managing the related budget. * Ensuring the ethical, responsible and compliant use of AI, particularly in relation to data protection. * Leading the development of the pupils' digital learning environment in the broadest sense, including Pronote, Google Classroom, platforms and collaborative tools. * Integrating indicators linked to digital learning and pedagogical innovation. * Coordinating Pix across the whole of Secondary. * Contributing to the management of examinations, competitions and certifications, including the organisation of mock Brevet examinations, the final DNB examination, liaison with the rectorat and examination registrations, under the supervision of the Secondary Deputy Head. * Leading the organisation of the Year 7 and Year 9 Scholarships programme, in collaboration with the Admissions department. * Leading the school's different language certifications, under the supervision of the Secondary Deputy Head. The leadership secretariat may provide operational support for certain tasks linked to examinations, competitions and certifications., * Be bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. * Analyse data relating to pupil progress and translate it into clear and concrete action plans. * Support teaching teams in developing effective, innovative and inclusive pedagogical practices. * Work constructively with Deputy Heads, coordinators, teachers, families and relevant external partners. * Communicate clearly with a range of internal and external stakeholders. * Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, discretion, collaboration and respect. * Show initiative, autonomy and sound professional judgement within the framework of the defined pedagogical strategy. * Remain adaptable, organised and calm when managing multiple priorities or periods of pressure. * Contribute positively to an ambitious, inclusive and pupil-centred school culture., * S'assurer de la mise en œuvre homogène de la curriculum policy et des autres policies afférentes, notamment la marking policy. * Piloter les outils de mesure des progrès des élèves, analyser les résultats et proposer des plans d'action et d'amélioration, notamment à partir de tests de positionnement. * Encourager l'innovation pédagogique et l'utilisation de nouvelles méthodes d'apprentissage. * Accompagner les enseignants dans cette démarche et organiser des sessions de développement professionnel. * Travailler avec les coordinateurs de cycle 3 au primaire et les coordinateurs de matière au secondaire sur au moins une priorité annuelle, sous l'autorité du pilotage pédagogique mené par les adjoints du premier et du second degré. * Assurer le suivi de ces priorités. * Mettre en place des outils d'évaluation de la qualité pédagogique en définissant des standards attendus de manière homogène à l'échelle de l'établissement. * Identifier et suivre les indicateurs de performance, notamment en lien avec la progression des élèves. * Assurer une veille pédagogique sur la recherche, les innovations et les bonnes pratiques. * Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie institutionnelle d'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle dans l'enseignement et l'apprentissage, y compris dans l'élaboration des policies et leur mise en œuvre. * Identifier, tester et déployer des outils numériques et d'IA, et gérer le budget afférent à ces outils. * Garantir un usage éthique, responsable et conforme de l'IA, notamment en matière de protection des données. * Piloter l'évolution de l'environnement numérique d'apprentissage des élèves au sens large, incluant Pronote, Google Classroom, les plateformes et les outils collaboratifs. * Intégrer des indicateurs liés au numérique et à l'innovation pédagogique. * Coordonner Pix sur l'ensemble du secondaire. * Contribuer à la gestion des examens, concours et certifications, notamment l'organisation des brevets blancs, de l'épreuve finale du DNB, les relations avec le rectorat et les inscriptions aux examens, sous la supervision de l'adjoint du secondaire. * Piloter l'organisation du programme Scholarships 6e et 4e, en collaboration avec le département Admissions. * Piloter les différentes certifications en langue de l'établissement, sous la supervision de l'adjoint du secondaire.
