Preferred Qualifications: + Airline maintenance operations exposure in a technical environment (Maintenance / Engineering) + Experience working in an aircraft component maintenance environment. + Practical experience with aerospace reliability methodologies including MTBF, MTBUR, NFF, RFR, root cause analysis, distributions, and pareto charts. + Strong critical thinking skills and results oriented. + Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation. + Ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors and customers in order to achieve required support data and implement solutions. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and query technical data from multiple sources. ## Description You will be a member of our technical operations team, which is primarily focused on maintaining optimal performance of the Hughes in-flight connectivity system. As part of this team, you will help support the development and execution of the reliability and system performance monitoring programs. In this role, you will work closely with maintenance support groups to monitor component, system and maintenance performance data. You will analyze current processes and technical data to identify trends and contributing factors which impact performance and recommend data driven solutions.
