## About the Role

+ An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearanceo Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance

 + Bachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years of military, GIS, or data analysis related equivalent experience may be used in lieu of degree

 + THREE (3) or more years' experience in IT or Data Analysis

What Would Be Nice To Have** **:

 + An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.

 + Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills

 + Experience with MAVEN Smart Systems or Palantir systems

 + Experience using ESRI products and geospatial tools

 + Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) environments and operations

 + Experience with transportation management systems

 + Experience supporting or delivering large scale IT system deployments

## Description

+ Evaluating processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions (using ESRI and MAVEN Smart Systems)

 + Leading ongoing reviews of current operations processes and developing optimization strategies

 + Respond to live requests and events with clients

 + Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings

 + Developing visualizations for high priority client needs using mapping and data science tools, all within MAVEN Smart Systems

 + Performing requirements analysis

 + Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts

 + Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

 + Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and visualizations

 + Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff

 + Ensuring solutions meet client needs and requirements through internal reviews

 + Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance

 + Updating, implementing, documenting, and maintaining procedures

 + Prioritizing initiatives based on client needs and requirements

 + Managing competing resources and priorities

 + Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
