An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. * PMI-PBA, or other Business Analysis Certification highly preferred. * 7+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in business applications, IT, or operations. * Experience with NISC applications is strongly preferred, including proficiency with NISC platforms (CC&B, SmartHub, MDMS/OMS) and system integrations. * Experience with automation, AI implementation, workflow optimization, and continuous process improvement. * Experience leading system upgrades, integrations, QA/testing, and release/change management. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and process mapping tools. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: * Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams. * Excellent communication skills suited for executive, technical, and operational audiences. * Ability to apply AI, automation, and workflow modernization strategies. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and lead digital transformation initiatives. * Effective project and portfolio management skills. * Ability to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve business processes. * Strong vendor management, contract awareness, and value-focused negotiation skills. ## Description The Manager, Business Applications leads the team responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing NOVEC's enterprise applications, including NISC platforms such as Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), SmartHub, and MDMS/OMS. The role ensures data integrity, continuous process improvement, automation, AI-enabled efficiencies, and innovation aligned with NOVEC's operational goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other related duties may be assigned. An individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and effectively.
