We are seeking a motivated and entry-level IT Services Technician to join our team. ## Description

* Technical Support:
 * Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
 * Assist users with basic IT inquiries and guide them through problem resolution.
 * Installation and Configuration:
 * Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems, software, and peripherals.
 * Set up and deploy workstations, ensuring hardware and software compatibility.
 * Documentation:
 * Maintain accurate records of IT support issues and resolutions.
 * Create and update documentation for common technical procedures.
 * Collaboration:
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and provide efficient solutions.
 * Communicate effectively with end-users to gather necessary information for issue resolution.
 * Learning and Development:
 * Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
 * Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
